Point+ Terms and Conditions

"Point" and "Point+" Terms and Conditions:

1) "Point", and "Point+" (To be pronounced as "Point Plus") membership (known hereafter as 'the membership') is a
membership programme offered by CG Computers Sdn Bhd (known hereafter as 'the company).
2) There are only two (2) types of membership offered by the company:
(i) "Point", and
(ii) "Point+"
3) The "Point" and "Point+" membership cards will be issued by the company.
4) The "Point" membership is offered to all customers of the company. An applicable application fee will be charged. The
company reserves the rights to revise or review the application fees for "Point" membership as it sees fit. The company also
reserves the rights to decline "Point" membership to any customers at its own discretion.
5) The "Point+" membership is offered to customers by invitation by the company. The company reserves the rights to
invite any customers at its own discretion.
6) The "Point+" membership may also be purchased by existing "Point" customers. An applicable application fee of
RM500.00 will be charged. The company reserves the rights to revise or review the fees for "Point+" membership as it sees
fit. The company also reserves the rights to decline "Point+" membership to any customers at is own discretion.
7) The "Point" and "Point+" membership will expire two (2) years from the date of issue. An applicable renewal fee will be
charged. The company reserves the rights to revise or review the renewal fees as it sees fit.
8) All earned points will expire one (1) year from the date of accumulation.
9) The "Point" and "Point+" membership point accumulation rate is as follow:
"Point"
(i) A total value of 1% will given as point for every purchase done at participating outlets. All points will only
come to effective the next day after the transaction.
(ii) Each point equals to RM1. Members may request to redeem the points once there are at least 50 points.
(iii) The value for each voucher is RM10.
"Point+"
(i) A total value of 1% will given as point for every purchase done at participating outlets. All points will only
come to effective the next day after the transaction.
(ii) Each point equals to RM1. Members may request to redeem the points once there are at least 50 points.
(iii) The value for each voucher is RM10.
(iv) All Point+ members are entitled to enjoy member's rate for all CoffeeMUG sessions (training sessions). All
rates will be published on www.cgcomputers.com (known hereafter as 'the website') from time to time.

11) List of participating outlets for "Point" and "Point+" voucher redemption (as of April 2008):

12) All sales transactions via voucher will not be qualified for points accumulation.
13) All sales transactions via voucher will only be accepted if valid voucher is attached.
14) Members are required to submit request for redemption of voucher online or at selected outlets. The process may take
up to 7 working days. All requested vouchers will be sent to selected outlets requested by members.
